Deana Burke is an associate broker with over 17 years of experience serving the Southern Maine community, where she has lived for over 35 years.
In 2001, Deana purchased her first property: a 3-bedroom family home in Saco, Maine. Raising
three daughters in the area has given her valuable insights on the surrounding communities,
school systems, and so on. Alongside real estate, Deana has worked in the hospitality space,
accumulating an even deeper knowledge of beachside towns like Old Orchard Beach and
Kennebunkport.
Deana was actively involved in the marketing and selling of our listing at Summerwinds Condo Development (53 detached Units), located in Old Orchard Beach.
From finding the perfect neighborhood to raise a family, to vacation homes, to relocating after
