Jamie Kelly is a new sales agent with Charlene’s Coastal Properties. Jamie joined Charlene’s firm in March of 2023. Jamie is an Aggressive New Agent to the industry of Real Estate. Jamie had owned and operated his own business for over15 years. He has also owned many properties. These properties range from purchasing personal homes to commercial properties, included those related to the automotive industry. He also owns and manages short-term rental properties within Maine and Florida. These acquisitions have given him insight into the workings of buying and selling real estate. He has always had a passion for real estate and believes that great customer service is the key for successfully helping clients, either selling or buying a home. Since joining Charlene’s Coastal Properties he has worked diligently on the Exit 5 Motel, located in Saco, a new Condominium Conversion, and has successfully closed on three units! In his short time as an agent he has learned a great deal about real estate and specifically Condominium conversions. Although Jamie resides in Falmouth he is anxious to expand his area of focus between Falmouth and our office in Old Orchard Beach.
Jamie is Married and has two children. One is a senior in high school and the other is a junior in college. In his free time he likes to spend time with family and friends. Especially enjoys Boating out on Casco Bay. Hobbies include golfing, biking, skiing, snowmobiling and hiking/walking.
