Charlene Weinstein

Charlene has been marketing coastal Maine Real Estate since 1986. She had owned and operated her own real estate company until 2002 before teaming up with another company that had a history of strong marketing skills and real estate experience. Working with this partner for 10 years added to her background by improving, strengthening, and rounding out her selling and marketing skill set. In 2013 she went back out on her own and formed Charlene’s Coastal Properties, everyone knew her as just “Charlene”, hence why she named her agency this.

Nicole Weinstein

Realtor in Southern Maine

Nicole Weinstein is an associate broker with Charlene’s Coastal Properties and pleased to be a part of this team. She received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and Accounting from the University of Southern Maine in 2011. After finishing her education, she took positions within the real estate/ property management industry, the accounting field, and from there moved to auditing and accounting for large insurance companies.

Jamie joined Charlene’s firm in March of 2023.  Jamie is an Aggressive New Agent to the industry of Real Estate.   Jamie had owned and operated his own business for over15 years. He has also owned many properties.  These properties range from purchasing personal homes to commercial properties, included those related to the automotive industry.  He also owns and manages short-term rental properties within Maine and Florida.
